Deliveries are made both in Italy (including the islands) and abroad.
The deadline for delivery time for goods is 96 hours from acceptance of the order by Henderson Baracco, unless otherwise stated during the purchase procedure before its completion with transmission of the order.
For deliveries to be made outside of Italy, delivery times may vary. With regard to deliveries required in countries outside the European Union, any importation customs duty will be charged to by the recipient. Customers are therefore invited to contact their country’s customs authorities in advance to check the costs and any import limits.
Delivery times indicated should be considered as purely approximate and any delays or subsequent split shipments do not entitle the customer to refuse delivery or file a claim for damages or compensation.
Goods will be delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer on the order form transmitted via internet at the time of purchase.
Henderson S.r.l. reserves the right to split shipments, and delivery costs will be borne by Henderson S.r.l. in Italy and UE, while they will be borne by the customer for shipments outside UE, as indicated during the checkout phase. In case of returns, shipping costs will be borne by the customer. In the event of a damaged or clearly tampered-with package, we advise the customer not to accept the package and to promptly notify us by email at, so that we can carry out all the relevant checks.
In the event the delivery cannot be made due to the absence of the recipient at the time of delivery to the address provided, the courier will leave a delivery attempt notice. They will then make a second delivery attempt and, in the absence of the recipient, will leave a second failed delivery notice. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will remain available at the courier for five days following the date of the third failed delivery notice.
For France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, UK, Poland, Spain and Italy, the courier will make a single delivery attempt, after which the package will remain available at the courier for ten days following the date of failed delivery notice. After these ten days, the package will be returned to Henderson Baracco. Customer Service will promptly contact the customer via e-mail to inform them of non-delivery due to the customer’s absence and to agree the terms of a new shipment.
The customer consequently acknowledges that, in the event of their failure to reply to the Customer Service e-mail, three months from the day the package was returned to Henderson S.r.l., the contract will be considered terminated by law pursuant to art. 1456 of the Italian Civil Code. Once the contract has been terminated, Henderson S.r.l. will reimburse the total amount paid by the customer, less the cost of returning the goods to Henderson S.r.l., as well as any other expenses incurred due to non-delivery and the penalty.
Termination of the contract and the amount of reimbursement will be notified to the customer by e-mail.
In the event of a delay in the delivery of the goods, the customer can contact Customer Service by sending an email to for information and to submit a complaint.
Without prejudice to any other rights recognized by law, the customer has the right to cancel the order if delivery is not made within ten working days from the expected delivery date or after this deadline. This clause does not apply in the event that failure or delay in delivery are attributable to force majeure.
In both cases, Henderson Baracco will refund the customer the total amount paid for the goods.

Returns and refunds

Goods purchased via the website can be returned to Henderson S.r.l. within 14 (fourteen) working days from the delivery date, without the need to give reasons and without any penalty.
The return procedure is simple and convenient, to make your online shopping experience enjoyable even if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.
The official procedure to follow in the event of a return is as follows:

Make sure the goods are in the same condition in which you received them and they have not been used or damaged. You are liable for any decrease in value of the goods resulting from improper use Therefore, if the returned goods are damaged, not complete with all their elements and accessories and the original packaging, you will be liable for the decrease in the value of the goods, and you will be entitled to a refund of the amount equal to the residual value of the goods.
Within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the return acceptance email, the goods must be returned to the following address - Via Venezia, 56 35010 Vigonza (Padova) Italy. This time limit will be considered respected if the goods are sent back before expiry of the 14-day period regardless of the date on which the goods are actually redelivered to Henderson S.r.l.
We only accept returns from the country where the order was placed for which you exercise the right to Return and Refund. Refunds will be made via the same payment method as that used by you for the purchase, in the shortest time possible, and in any event, within 14 (fourteen) days of the date on which the goods are received at our warehouse.
Shipping costs for returning the goods are for your account and all returns are your responsibility until the package reaches our warehouse. Always make sure you have a tracking number and keep a copy of your proof of shipment.
Henderson S.r.l. reserves the right to check the returned goods and evaluate any costs for returning the goods to the warehouse according to the condition of the goods themselves. reserves the right to request photographic support for evaluation of the return procedure.
If you have received a damaged or wrong product, please explain the reason for the return during the online return request, to be made in the same way as described in the previous paragraphs.
Return costs are charged to the customer in the following cases:

  • return for cancellation of order, or return of the product for reasons not attributable to
  • return for item or size change or choice of different colors or different item from the one purchased.

Returns are free of charge where the customer requests an exchange for manufacturing defects.
Return costs are charged to the customer. Where there are costs relating to customs duty, VAT and taxes these will be deducted from the amount to be refunded for the cost of the goods.
