All items purchased on hendersonbaracco.com can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods by sending an email to email@example.com. In order for the goods to be accepted, it is essential that they are returned in the condition in which they were received: they must not be damaged or have been worn; all external packaging and the original internal packaging should be returned; all tags and product identification labels must be attached. From the time we receive the goods we reserve 14 working days before a refund is made to you. This will take place via the same payment method with which the order was placed. Refunds include the full amount of the goods excluding import shipping costs and any customs duty
Delivery times for Henderson Baracco products are 2-4 days for Italy and Europe and 6-9 days for non-European countries, 24 hours after the date of receipt of the order. Shipping costs vary depending on the payment method indicated (Paypal, bank transfer, credit card or cash on delivery only in Italy).
When we receive the order, an authorized credit card check is carried out to make sure that there are sufficient funds for the transaction.
